Registration: To register and reserve a place in a particular class and do not wish to online, please choose the class(es) in which you wish to enroll and fill out the registration form appropriately. Registration form may be downloaded here The registration/deposit amount is $30, which is credited toward class payment.Please mail (to: 1717-2A Allied St., C’ville VA 22903) or drop the form by the studio.
The Spring 2013 Session begins April 1 and continues through June 30, 2013.
It is a 12 week session. We will be offering registration for the Spring session either a 12 class or 9 class option (both will expire 06.30.13) or classes on a drop-in basis.

Drop-in Policy: Please feel free to drop in to any class for which the level is appropriate for you. It is respectful of the other students that you not overestimate this, and if in doubt consult the teacher before class.
Missed Classes: Should you miss a class for which you are registered, you may make it up in any class on the schedule during the same session. You do not need to inform the office before doing a make-up class. We do not permit make-up credits to be passed on to others.
Inclement Weather Policy: While we strive to stay open whenever possible, we also want our students and teachers to be safe. When inclement weather is predicted or occurring, please check the home page of this website, the studio voicemail, our facebook page, and/or our twitter feed for the latest cancellation information.
We will make every attempt to have this information available approximately 2 hours prior to the start of class.
If cancellations are not mentioned, it is safe to assume that the class will meet as scheduled. We ask that students please attempt to make-up such cancellations within the current session. If this is not possible, please contact the office to make other arrangements.
