Students should arrive fifteen minutes before class. Don't eat an hour before class.
Accommodations: If you need a place to stay, please visit our accommodations page.
Attire: There is a changing room at the studio. Wear clothing you can move in (but no baggy clothes- they obscure alignment). We practice in bare feet. No perfume. No heavy jewelry.

Food: Do not eat for at least one hour before class. It is best to practice on an empty stomach.
Be on time: Students should arrive 15 minutes before the actual class time. Teachers begin each class with preparatory practices for what follows. It is unsafe and disruptive to come in late.
Do not come to class if you have any contagious condition. You are sharing everything in the studio with many other students.
Pregnant Students may attend regular classes, but must let the instructor know prior to participating.
Props:Allied Yoga is a fully equipped studio. All props are provided though we do recommend you bring your own sticky mat, if possible. We do have some for use at the studio as well.
Missed classes:
Classes may be made up within the same session. Classes cannot be carried over to the next session, unless you are of benefactor status. (to learn about becoming a member, visit membership).
Drop in policy: Drop-ins are permitted at the discretion of the instructor, and if space is available.
Allied Yoga policies: Registrations are NON-transferable between students. A refund/credit after 3rd week of classes is allowed only with a physician's note. May cancel within first 3 weeks of classes with refund, less classes attended and $40 admin fee. Intro classes need to be complete within the same month.
Weather Closings: Allied Yoga Inclement Weather Closings: Allied Yoga will post closing on it's Facebook page, twitter page, and have a recording on our message at our phone: 434.218.0580 at least two ours prior to the starts of class.
